Single Window AMS

            As a continuation of steps taken in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan № 12, dated November 11 2009, “On application of “Single Window” principle on inspecting the goods and transport means passing the state border checkpoints of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, State Customs Committee Chairman signed an order on June 04 2009,  on the elaboration of new conception for e-clearance and automated customs control management system and application of single window automated management system (“Single Window-AMS”) with regard to goods and transport means moved through state border crossing points of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The order covers the following issues:

1.             utilization of information-communication technologies and the elaboration of new conception for e-clearance and automated customs control management system;

2.             Implementation of the first phase of “Single Window – AMS” project with regard to goods and transport means moved through state border checkpoints of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

-          for border crossing points in road transport;

                        -     for border crossing points in railway, air and sea transport.
