National Assembly of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. To enact the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic «On Customs tariff» from the day of publication after the approval of Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

• within a month shall take measures on adjustment of relevant legislative acts of the Azerbaijan Republic with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic «On Customs tariff» and accept required acts for implementation of this Law;
• settle other issues following this Law.

3. State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic within a month shall work out relevant procedures on implementation of this Law.
