About introduction of addition to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic «About rates of custom duties on export-import operations in the Azerbaijan Republic» dated 16 June 1997, № 62

Baku, 15 July, 1997

Taking into account the expediency to draw to custom import duty the commodities, imported on the basis of intergovernmental agreements on rate «O» at the account of foreign assistance, credits and debts, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic resolves:

1. Into the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic «About rates of custom duties on export-import operations in the Azerbaijan Republic» dated 16 June, 1997 № 62 to introduce the following addition:

• To add new subparagraph 3.17 to the paragraph 3:

«3.17. Commodities, works, services, imported at the account of gratuitous financial assistance, credits and debts, rendered by international organizations, governments of the foreign states, and also on the basis of interstate and intergovernmental agreements by foreign legal and physical entities».

2. The present decree comes into force from the day of its signing.
