Customs service standing on guard of our country economic security implements systematic measures in the struggle against corruption being the most dangerous appearance of the criminality, in prevention direction of duty falsification etc this kind cases.

The other day the criminal group implementing evasion activity from a lot of tax falsif\ying duty in customs authorities was exposed and made answer for their action. The started criminal activity about the fact was summed up in the Invetigation Office of the State Customs Committee.

It was determined by implemented investigation that the inspectors of the Cargo department of Baku Head Customs Office of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan Azizov Museyib Azizaga oglu, Ismayilov Miralam Asgar oglu, the computer operator Ahmadov Ismayil Jamil oglu in Baku department of the State Customs Committee «Azerterminalcomplex» Self-Financing Foreign Economic Association beforehand was in agreement with Guliyev Natig Baylar oglu and others for substitung value added tax debt evading from tax payment making illegal actions repeatedly accepting bribes and compiling counterfeit cargo customs declarations about showing entrance of «compressors used in refrigerator equipments» «Agroleasing « Open Joint Stock Company by Automobile transport, cargo customs declaration about import of production from ferrous metal, metal constructions from ferrous metal and other building materials by railway transport from «Energomashstroy» Limited Company and from the Open Joint Stock Company «Torgoviy Dom TMK» located in the Russian Federation of the production establishment «Samur-Absheron Water Building» made duty falisfcation.

During investigation of the criminal action sufficient proves were collected. Ahmadov Ismayil Jamil oglu, Guliyev Natig Baylar oglu, Azizov Museyib Azizaga oglu, Ismayilov Miralam Asgar oglu and others were called to criminal responsibity as an accused person (for illegal actions accepting bribe, duty falsification by officials) by articles 311.2, 311.3.1, 311.3.2 and 313 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and accusatory was declared against them by above mentioned articles.

For the giving primary investigation for the criminal action about those people were completed and compiled accusation of the criminal action to the court was sent to the General Procurator’s Office.
