On May 15 the conference on «Analysis of carried out activities on statistics and information technologies and the determination of the strategy in this direction» was held.

The Vice-Chairman of the State Customs Committee, customs service Lie\utenant-General Rza Hasanaliyev, the Chief of the SCC Statistics and Information Technologies Head Office, customs service colonel Igbal Babayev, the full staff of the Head Office and chiefs of corresponding departments of local customs authorities took part in the conference.

The Vice-Chairman of the State Customs Committee Rza Hasanaliyev opened the measure with the introduction word. He emphasized the importance of decree on November 2008, 11 No 12 of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about «Single window» principle application in the check up of transported commodities and means of transport through the border checkpoints of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He gave information about implemented activities in the information technologies sphere and duties standing in front of the conference to paricipants.

The the Chief of the SCC Statistics and Information Technologies Head Office Igbal Babayev explained compluterization of the project of «single window» and its application mechanism.

It was noted that computerization of the «single window» principle was constructed on the basis of the implementation of prepared customs, veterenary, phytosanitary and sanitary-quarantine control on commodities and means of transport by the Customs Control Organizational Head Office and Finance-Tariff and Monetary Office of the State Customs Committee and the technological scheme determining of the given succession of «Permission» forms for means of transport fulfiling international road transport.
