The other day 1 number dark blue colour snitcase having on it the word "Bless" belonging to the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan Khajayeva Mastura Urak gizi is going to fly by flight No. 6024 "Baku-Urumchu" while being passed through a customs control 3 kilogrammes 295 grammes drug-heroin was detected and taken in 1 number parcel wrapped with the cellophane under the lining of the suitcase by the employees of the Air Transport Head Customs Office (ATHCO).

During the primary investigation according to Mastura Khojayeva's explanation as a result of implemented operational measures by employees of ATHCO struggle department against customs legal violations and the State Customs Committee (SCC) 3 kilogrammes 330 grammes drug-heroin in the parcel packed in the same method inside of 1 number suitcase with black colour in room No. 314 located "Janub" hotel in Zarifa Aliyeva street 31 in Baku city, living citizens of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Ali Johar Bakhtiyar oglu and Navaz Muhammad Raham oglu and 8 kilogrammes 565 grammes drug-heroin packed in the same method inside of 2 numbers black and grey colour suitcases in room No. 405 in the same hotel living the citizen of Pakistan Rahim Sajid Gul oglu was detected and taken.

According to the fact with the object of sale illegally getting, keeping,   transportation and secret transportation through customs control of a customs boder of the Republic of Azerbaijan a lot of drugs by the organizational group the criminal action was started by articles 206.4,   234.4.1 and 234.4,3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan in SCC Investigation Office.

During the investigation it was determined that the member of the organizational group Khojayeva Mastura Urak gizi took the suitcase hidden 3295 grammes narcotic substance-heroin with the object of sale from Ali Johar Bakhtiyar oglu in "Janub" hotel for giving to a person by name "Djov" unknown personality to the investigation, living in the People's Republic of China and while flying by the flight "Baku-Urumcu" to the PRC was stopped by customs employees in Heydar Aliyev International Air Port.

During the investigation also determined that gained 15 kilogrammes 120 grammes drug-heroin from the other members of the organizational group- Pakistan citizens, Ali Johar Bakhtiyar oglu, Navaz Muhammad Raham oglu, Rahim Sajid Gul oglu from "Jamil" and "Irshad" in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan was secretly transported through a customs border and brought to Baku city for giving to a person by name Djov living PRC.

The members of the organizational group- Khocayeva Mastura Urak gizi, Ali Johar Bakhtiyar oglu, Navaz Muhammad Raham oglu and Rahim Sajid Gul oglu were stopped as a suspicious person by the SCC Investigation Office, They were accused by corresponding articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and arrested for three month period by the decision of Baku city Yasamal district court.

In spite of exposure of organizational criminal group being busy with drugs they don't want to take off their hands from efforts using of transit Azerbaijan territory. Especially, detected facts in South borders of Azerbaijan give ground saying it.

The citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Zahoor Khan Ahmad oglu coming to Azerbaijan from the Islamic Republic of Iran while passing through a customs inspection 6 kilogrammes 952 grammes drug-heroin was detected and taken inside of cardboard pieces using for packing among bedroom sets with different colour having writing on them words "Selections" in the luggage belonging to him by employees of Astara Customs Office.

As a result of continued operational measures employees of the Operational office of the SCC Struggle Head Office Against Legal Violations in the Customs Sphere stopped the citizen of the Republic of Lithuania Turkskis Thomas getting drugs from the citizen of Pakistan Zahoor Khan Ahmad oglu in room No. 309 of Baku city "EMPIRE" hotel.

The criminal action it was started with articles 206.3.2, 234.4.1 and 234.4.3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan by SCC Investigation Office.

During the investigation it was determined that the citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Zahoor Khan Ahmad oglu together with the citizen of the Republic of of Lithuania Turskis Thomas and undetermined personalities with investigation at present Ikhraj, Arturas and Kristis forming an organizational group trading about illegal transportation a great deal of drugs by smuggling way through a customs border of our republic created criminal contact. Zahoor Khan Ahmad oglu in the middle of May received illegally 6 kg. 952 gram. heroin from a person by name ikhraj and by his order he had to given the same drug to another member of the organizational group Turskis Thomas. Zahoor Khan Ahmad oglu brought heroin to Iran from Pakistan, but from there while secretly transporting through a customs border of the Republic of Azerbaijan from the territory of Astara Customs Office he was captured.

The citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Zahoor Khan Ahmad oglu and citizen of the Republic of Lithuania Turskis Thomas were stopped as a suspicious person by the SCC Investigation Office. They were accused by corresponding articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and arrested for threc months period by the decision of Baku city Yasamal district court.

The other detected fact in Astara Customs Office shows last times narcocouriors attached a special importance to Pakistan-Iran- Azerbaijan-Russia, Europe route.

5 kilogrammes 889,113 grammes drug-heroin was detected and taken from the secret storage place specially made in the lower part of 2 numbers suitcases belonging to the citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan coming to Azerbaijan from Islamic Republic of Iran Gul Itbar Khan Misal oglu while passing through customs control by employees of Astara Customs Office.

The criminal action was started with articles 206.3.2, 234.4.1 and 234.4.3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the SCC Investigation Office and it was determined that Gul Itbar Khan Misal oglu was in agreement with unknown personalities by investigation "Shiraga" and other people trading about illegal transportation a great deal of drugs by smuggling way through a customs border of the Republic of Azerbaijan created the criminal contact. Gul Itbar Khan Misal oglu took the drug from the person by name "Shiraga" and by his order he had to give the same drug to other members of the group in Baku city. Gul Itbar Khan Misal oglu while trying to transport the drug from Pakistan to Iran and from there to Azerbaijan was captured by employees of Astara Customs Office.

The citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Gul Itbar Khan Misal oglu was stopped as a suspicious person by the SCC Investigation Office and it was accused by corresponding articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and arrested for three months period by the decision of Baku city Yasamal district court.

The operational measures connected with exposure of offenders being busy with drugs are being continued.
