On December 4, 2010 the new website of the State Customs Committee was awarded the second place in "Milli Net 2010" contest. Founded by Azerbaijan Internet Forum, "Milli Net" is held every year among websites developed in various spheres (social, cultural, scientific, legal, economic and etc.) and necessarily in Azerbaijani language, as required by the rules. The primary objectives of the contest are to promote internet movement in Azerbaijan, to introduce the best national internet resources to public within and outside Azerbaijan, as well as to popularize ICT while applying Azerbaijani in a broader scope in internet.
