While the citizen of Iran Mohammadniay Mardakheh Roghayeh Ali coming on foot to the Republic of Azerbaijan from the Islamic Republic of Iran passing through customs control in the passenger department of Astara Customs Office 2060.10 grammes narcotic-heroin was detected in 2 parcels on him.

According to the fact the criminal action was started by articles 206.3.2, 234.4.1 and 234.4.3 of the CC of the Republic of Azerbaijan and it was determined by the investigation that Mohammadniay Mardakheh Roghayev Ali illegally gained for sale purpose above mentioned narcotic, kept and secretly transported through customs border of the Republic of Azerbaijan by smuggling way without customs control.

In October 2010 he was in agreement with a group of people, determination of their personalities was impossible by the investigation in Rasht city of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He got into a criminal contact with them about illegally gaining a lot of narcotic mean, keeping, secretly transporting through customs border of the Republic of Azerbaijan by smiggling way without customs control.

Mohammadniay Mardakheh Roghayeh Ali transporting the same narcotic to Baku city from Rasht city of Iran-from the member of the criminal group gained it for sale purpose, kept, transported and tried to transport secretly out of customs control through customs border of the Republic of Azerbaijan by smuggling way in the territory of the passenger department of Astara Customs Office. With these actions he committed criminal actions considered in articles 206.3.2, 234.4.1 and 234.4.3 of the CC of the Republic of Azerbaijan and he was accussed by the same articles. The restraint was chosen about him by Yasamal District Court.

Investigation actions in the determination direction of other members of the criminal group are being continued.
