A seminar on simplification of border precedures has been held on November 24-26 in WCO Baku Regional Training Center under the framework of support for integrated border management systems in South Caucasus.

 Within the framework of reforms conducted in the field of information and communication technologies in States Customs Committee, on November 25, 2010 there has been held a seminar on ICT strategy and challenges with the participation of Head Department for Statistics and IT and local customs ICT divisions personnel.

Expert group lead by Mr. Igbal Babayev, the chief of Head Department for Statistics and Information Technologies visited Tajikistan Customs Service to diagnose the "Single Automated Information System Project" on the second half of the November. 

On November 23, 2010 the Chairman of the State Customs Committee, customs service lieutenant general Aydin Aliyev received the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania Mr. Kestutis Kudzmanas and the director of the company  “İnta” . The dynamics of development of relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Lithuania were thouroughly discussed.
