Southern Caucasus Anti-Drug (SCAD) Program   South Caucasus Drugs Control Program  (SCAD)                                         Financed by funds allocated by the EU and the UNDP. The Program’s goal is to strengthen fighting against drug-trafficking in Caucasus countries.   Under the SCAD the customs bodies of Azerbaijan have been provided with modern equipment, transportation means, as well as seminar and trainings have been conducted with participation of international- level specialists.
